Delivery Information
Delivery is normally between 1-5 working days.(Wooden Pools & Plum play centres may take 7-10 days)
Charges are based on weight and whether or not the product has to 'cross water'.
The Couriers are generally via Express Transport Systems, part of the Pallet Network.
Please note, additional charges come into effect on all areas classed as a ‘Zone 6 and 7’. We also offer prices for Northern Ireland.
Zone 6 = £15.00 + VAT

DG, EH, FK, G, KA, KY,
ML, PA, PL, TD, and TR (please note that delivery times to these areas can be 3 days)
Zone 7 = £30.00 + VAT
Postcodes:
AB, DD, IV, KW and PH (please note that delivery times to these areas can be 3-5 days)
Northern Ireland = £45.00 + VAT
Postcodes:
BT (please note that delivery times to BT postcodes can take 7 days)
